This common questions comes most of time. Sir i got typing job do i need to join? Will they are legit?
So its answer is it depends on the nature of work.
For example if someone meets you online and says “please type a page for me i will pay” this can be considered as legit work. Rest things will be depends on the person’s intention.
In another example if anyone comes to you and say “hey i have typing work, you need to pay for one time fees to get this kinds of typing job, and you can earn unlimited just by typing some easy pages even can gives you guarantee through stamp paper ” (after that they will send you some sample pics also)
The 2nd example is completely a scam work if someone offering this kind of work you need to avoid them or block them.
Why 2nd example is scam? 🤔
Because in 2nd example there will be 2 things :-
1- When you will see samples you will see its easy work but when you will get actual work paper or pics they you will see you even can’t identify words from that pics or words will be like mixing words with each others.
2- They will say they will provide guarantee through stamp paper. But this thig will contain one condition that is you need to submit your work within time otherwise your deposit money will be taken by them and they will suspend you from that work. As i mention in point 1 they will already provide such kinds of work where you can’t identify the words so you will makes mistakes definitely and you will not able to complete your work within time. In this case the contract between you and him will give them chance to take your money in their eye.
Btw according to Section 56 of the Indian Contract Act provides that any agreement to do an impossible act is void. And this act is definitely covee this situation but most of people don’t go for court due to lack of this kinds of sections. 😥
So be careful and work smartly.
