• Sellers are strictly prohibited from directly selling any products on the Website. All transactions must be conducted through their Affiliate Links.
• Sellers must not promote or display any vulgar, offensive, or unethical products on the Website.

• Silver Gyan provides a free platform for Sellers to promote their products through the use of Affiliate Links on the Website. The Company does not charge any fees for this service.
• The Website may also display advertisements from third-party Advertisers.

   5.1 User Responsibility

• Users, including Sellers and article publishers, are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Content they upload or post on the Website.
• Users are responsible for any claims, liability, or damages arising from their Content, including any fake reviews or misleading information.
• Suppose any Content violates applicable laws or infringes upon copyright or intellectual property rights. In that case, Users may contact us at contact@silvergyan.com with proper evidence, and we will remove the infringing Content from the Website.

• This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur (Rajasthan).
